Everyone has their favorites things, but I wanted to share my top 5 MUST HAVES!
- Lululemon What the Sport Short – holds everything without jiggling around.
- GU – I went through several trials to find what worked best for me and GU is it.
- Garmin 230 – I’ve had several watches and everyone has their favorite, but I love the 230 for the notifications!
- Glide – no one likes chafing!
- Music – but only for solo runs! I use my iPhone with music that keeps me pumped!!
