Preparing for #WDWMarathon: #CignaRunTogether

Many of you, along with myself, are finishing up your training for running during Disney Marathon weekend that starts in just one week! 

In the last week there are several tips I can give you before running a half marathon or marathon:

  1. Drink lots of water! Hydration is key regardless of what the weather will be like! 
  2. Rest – you’ve put in the training, now let your legs rest and recovery for the runs ahead of you! 
  3. Pack ahead of time. Make a list of everything you need to take with you and check it twice! Bring more than you’ll need – you’d rather have options than it enough! Don’t forget your fuel – don’t rely on course fuel – the option available to you might upset your stomach.
