So far we have run 66.3 miles! Wow!  Can’t believe it myself!

Week One : Scheduled for 15 miles, but ran 20!
Tuesday – 3 mi / Wednesday – 4 mi / Friday – 3 mi / Saturday 10 mi

Week Two : Scheduled for 16 miles, but ran 19.3!
Tuesday – 3 mi / Wednesday – 4 mi / Thursday – 3 mi / Saturday 9.3 mi

Week Three : Scheduled for 15 miles, but ran 7!
Monday – 3 mi / Thursday – 4 mi
** David out of town

Week Four : Scheduled for 19 miles, but ran 12!
Tuesday – 3 mi / Saturday 9 mi
** Sinus Infection

Week Five : Scheduled for 21 miles, but ran 8!
Saturday 8 mi

I had two rough weeks during the last month, but still ended on a high note! I’ve been fighting a sinus infection and a chest cold. I know that this is only the first few weeks and there is still a lot more training to come! I’ve played with some fuel options and changed my shoe (and shoe tying method for that matter!).

Hoping for a healthier month two!
