Just over 3 years ago I saw my first chiropractor and I can’t imagine not seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis!
As a runner, the pounding that my body takes can get my body out of alignment and lend itself towards injury and pain. Dr Heidi has kept me in line and as injury free as possible! (The only injury I had this year was from pushing too hard when I knew I should have pulled back!)
