Welcome to 2015! While my house has hit a few bumps at the beginning of the year, I am super excited to get this year going! While there are lots of cool races on my calendar, I want to share a Double Trouble weekend that I have planned in March! (See the rest of my race calendar here!)
The weekend of March 14-15, I have inadvertently created a 15K/Half Marathon Challenge of my own!
I will be running the Gate River Run 15K on Saturday and the Sarasota Half on Sunday. My mom and I have run the Gate River Run 15K the last two years and has become a traditional that we both look forward to. But the newest race on my calendar is the Sarasota Half Marathon. I have heard wonderful things about it and know that it will be great. The course has some amazing views, the weather should be perfect and I will get to join a team of Tampa Bay Bloggers to run this race!
This race boasts:
– Great course with beautiful views
– HUGE medal… because it’s all about the bling!
– Post race breakfast by First Watch!
