In a bit of line confusion on the first Saturday that the new Frozen ride was open, we along with 12 people got misplaced from the line. A manager stepped in and asked us to step into the museum. A lady argued with the manager and she ended up having to go to the back of the line. We, on the other hand, went to the museum and received a fast pass to ride as a way of making it right to those of us who got lost in the shuffle.
Being kind and respectful to management as they deal with a tough situation with cranky guests can get you a long way!
